nah they are lower now that was from 7 years ago , I look back at how my body looked in 04 and what it is now and I have lost alot of weight since then thats about when they said have diabetes 2 ... lost the weight and no more diabetes

Don't fuck off 7 months of quitting. Get yourself some blood work done and make sure everything is looking good. Take vitamins and DHEA and power walk thirty minutes a day and you will feel like a million bucks.

Back in 04 around that time I was a mess .... The shrink had me on so many meds at the time... I was partying up like crazy at the time as well... I look back on it now and realize how fucked my body was at the time and glad I finally got shit back to "normal"

I guess 17 years of smoking the body took a nasty beating from all that shit from the cigs...

My latest blood work showed everything was great except thyroid issue and doc put me on "Synthroid" and said I got Hypothyroidism.... bonna go back in a week for follow up BW to see if the meds helped
