I think it doubtful for the US Supreme Court to even consider certiorari as the dismissals were on procedural grounds.

Teabaggers are eating their venom in search of some new thread of legitimacy. Pony up. For now, until any fines in 2015 ? the constitutionally of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a.: "Obamacare") is not ripe for any adjudication.

If this goes through I am converting to muslim in 2015 just to be exempt from the fines. At least I remember it being muslim -- I'd have to read it through again.

And nope, I'll never just "get used to it" when big brother tells me what I need to buy. If I can't find any quasi-legit exemption loophole I'll simply go back to not filing at all. I may not be the only one. How's that for unintended consequences, Obama?

If you have no way to pay for your healthcare then you should not receive healthcare. Morons would become extinct through attrition.

This is kind of stupid. State governments are taking on the federal government. We are fighting ourselves. It's bad enough they play this game in Congress, but now we have states doing it. If every state challenged every law the federal government passed, nothing would ever get done.

But I'll be damned if I have to deal with the same fucked up private insurers who's decisions have quite literally murdered tens of thousands of people.
