I think it doubtful for the US Supreme Court to even consider certiorari as the dismissals were on procedural grounds.
Teabaggers are eating their venom in search of some new thread of legitimacy. Pony up. For now, until any fines in 2015 ? the constitutionally of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a.: "Obamacare") is not ripe for any adjudication.
Get used to it ...
