Most of them come with inserts, so I don't think they'd damage your dick, but this one doesn't look like it does, so it might.

If I had to pick a sex doll, I'd personally go with the Fuck Me Silly or another similar product, be it made from Cyberskin, X5, Fantaflesh, or whatever. The traditional blow up dolls err on the side of creepy, but are mostly just kinda funny. And the really realistic ones fall right into the uncanny valley and really freak me out.
