Most of them come with inserts, so I don't think they'd damage your dick, but this one doesn't look like it does, so it might.

If I had to pick a sex doll, I'd personally go with the Fuck Me Silly or another similar product, be it made from Cyberskin, X5, Fantaflesh, or whatever.
