Keep it rocking brotha, I just did my fitness test today with my trainer and I made huge gains. Lost over 25 pounds and built up a bunch of muscle.

Keep yourself disciplined and it will happen.

I had mine out about 7 months ago, plus a uvulapalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP - reshaping the soft palate) at the same time.

I was on intravenous painkillers in the hospital so it didn't really hit until I got home. It's the most painful thing ever, can't even drink a damn glass of water... I couldn't eat anything for about 10 days, and only then lukewarm tinned spaghetti (mush) flushed down with a lot of cold milk. I lost a heap of weight too.

The best bit was that the painkiller tablets lasted about 4 hours, but you could only have them every 6 hours max. After a few days it's like they stopped working altogether.

Anyway good that you've been out for a week, the worst of it is probably over by now.

For God's sake ~ it's not the slim-fast, it's the kid lying and saying he dieted and exercised for a week and nothing happend. I was in great shape before I got into this biz about 4 years back. Last year when even my fat pants where too tight and I had to buy fatter pants, I decided that was it. I put a picture of what I looked like before I became a keyboard warrior and then one of me when I looked I was too fat to stand up straight next to each other on the refrigerator. That and making myself go to the gym 5 days a week when all I really wanted to do was drink lots of soda and eat chocolate all day helped me lose over 40lbs.

I figure, I spend all day working and that I owe it to myself to spend one little hour a day for my health . . . in the past I went to the gym on a regular basis. I am not sure when I stopped, probably when I became overwhelmed with so many projects. My health should come 1st and I can't lose sight of that!

Now I am dedicated to making quality porn and MY health, so don't forget to keep the pressure on me so I do not lose sight of what is important . . .
