A step further from photoshop... 3D graphics are getting so good nowadays - I'm sure in the future you could 'design your own girl' by picking what you want and bam - a realistic babe in any pose you want doing anything you want! No need for content, just a sophisticated generation tool.

Anyone fancy investing a few bil?
