xxxdesign-net doesn't believe in STD tests, quoting Dugmor as proof that they aren't reliable. Later, he claimed he wasn't talking about HIV tests. Apparently, HIV is no longer considered an STD.
When Dugmor's authority on the subject was questioned (why does he know what all doctors apparently don't know yet?), SleazyDream got mighty pissed. It seems he has a secret crush on Dugmor, and would like to be fishhooked and be cummed on by him some time. Understandable, in a raunchy kind of way.
SleazyDream went on to claim that when confronted with medical issues, we should not trust doctors, but people we socialize with. Apparently, he is making plans to let his doctor take over his site, and will himself take on a new carreer as the world's fattest cowgirl.
SleazyDream also gets pissed when confronted with the fact that some people have friends outside of the porn biz. He seems to be horrified by the thought that there are people outside of the porn biz, who don't know who he is and don't consider him "elite" because of his parties. Ofcourse they aren't 100% reliable. Nothing is. However, they are very accurate - albeit not 100% - and after that comes what one can consider an acceptable risk.

I actually had this for a year...but had it taken out. I could not lose any of the weight I gained with my first daughter...and I was never heavy before that..so I thought it was because of the norplant that I could not lose weight. I had it taken out...left my husband and lost 40 of the 60lbs I gained within a few months. Not sure if it was because I left my husband or had the norplant taken out. *shrugs*

I know with my second daughter I only gained 16 lbs and I lost 10 before even leaving the hospital.

The norplant was also pretty new when I had it put in almost 10 years ago. Dunno if it has changed since then.

But regardless of that, even if what you are saying were the case, always using them correctly really is a rather unrealistic ideal. For instance, it requires you to never have sex while drunk. And, ofcourse, never make a tiny mistake. Basically, always using them correctly comes down to having sex in a lab, while not being hindered by things like excitement or intoxication.
