This Implanon thing is the way to go. It's ONE small little rod put in the arm of the girl and it makes her infertile for 3 years. It takes 12 hrs after implanting to start working and 24 hrs after removing the rod she'll go back to her normal cycle.... not some stuffed up problem like needles do etc. It doesn't hurt. I have one. It doesn't have any major side effects (like that NORPLANT thing -which has SIX rods implanted apparently- that pink_in_the_middle was talking about).

According to those sites (for example, http://aids.org/FactSheets/102-antib...ml#anchor67673 ), the accuracy of AIDS tests (antibody tests, to be precise) is 0,5%. False negatives also seem much less common than false positives.
