Hi there!

So I wrote to support, but their answer wasn't really helpful. Is the 'Bank Routing Code:' needed? Not only the 'SWIFT code'? Also the bank account number should be entered in IBAN form?

Hi Paul & John,

You can complete the Bank Routing Code section with a N/A if you do not have one.

Yes, your bank account number can be submitted as an IBAN.

you should ask your bank for your IBAN code so you could enter it to the form the IBAN code, bank account number, bank acct name, bank address and your address

Paul & John,

If you do have a bank routing number then that should be inserted instead of N/A.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the Bank Routing Number is more commonly referred to as the Sort Code.

Just ask your bank for the details to make sure that everything is correct. You don't want to send your cash to some unknown person!

I know all that stuff, only the routing number isn't making sense at all.
