There are several other countries that are sending over aircraft other than the ones you named...I think even some Arab countries.

Too quick to jump the gun on the "raping and pillaging" aspect. They don't have any more to gain from Libya than anyone else, or they would have been right in there day one. It is now being reported that the Tomahawks were successful and the no fly zone is now active.

B2 Bombers flew from the CONUS and dropped 40 bombs...reportedly on runways...and have returned to the CONUS.

There have been zero reports of Lybian fighter aircraft taking to the skies so their air power now appears to be non-existent.
