				 | You think that's bad -- I just went in to check my stats for WEB900 payouts (payments which are MONTHS overdue) and, surprise -- there weren't any. All data for my sales (from end of June 2002 to end of Nov 2002) are gone. Blank. Nada. Zip. When I contacted iBill, the response I got was: "Payables had to taken down all web 900 transaction for all clients to work on the payout issue. It should be resolved shortly." Of course, having the indefatigable trust that I have in iBill, I'm not concerned. (Yeah right!) What a bunch of bullshit. |

				 | Hey guys it will never get any better, dump Ibill as your main processor and use Epoch or CC Bill. Since we did this our sign ups have gone up and we spend less time sorting out problems cause by Ibill antiquated scripts which by the way still don't support Netscape Navigator 7, so you are losing 3-4 % of possible sale right there ??? |
