:2cents Epoch Issues?

Good Morning,

I'm curious to see if there are other programs out there having any issues with Paycom? Payment issues or anything of this sort?

I have heard grumblings, and am just curious as to what others may be seeing.

Thanks.

Are you referring to wire's or checks?
I've been getting all of my checks just fine.

That other thread is what I was looking for. Strange that clients are being treated differently. I "hear" that some are being penalized, and moneys held, and some delayed.

IBill getting fined.

Strange days indeed.

I love how as soon as epoch is behind one week...and not even one week, everybody starts talking about the end of the business or the end of an era.

Paycom is just doing fine by our end and we are happier then ever to have choosen them as our primary processor.

As long as this industry exists, someone will find a way of making sure there is a friendly billing platform that our customers are comforable using.

It does not mean that if one gets bitten once, that he doesn't think twice about doing what he did that got him bit in the first place.

Those who cannot remember the past, are condemned to repeat it.
Anyone remember 2 years ago?

I'm speaking in a generic way though, as this is something that can happen to any processor. However, its their responsibility to monitor ALL OF THEIR ACCOUNTS and if there are accounts that endanger the master account...you do something about the smaller sub account.

In Epochs case, I think it is wrong to penalize account holders for something that was beyond that account holders control.

It is the processors responsibility to run their business, not the webmasters.

No Billing company is 100% but having used almost all, we find that Epoch is the best so far. I love their tech support its by far the best, i sent them an e-mail the other day and within 20 mins the problem was corrected. With Ibill i am lucky if i ever hear back. In fact i am still awaiting reply's to e-mails sent 4 months ago ( i just gave up with them )
To get back to checks, yes i to have had delays of up to 10 days with Epoch but its possibly due to USPS and not Epoch. After the delay i received 3 checks altogether so i was a happy camper.
