I hate companies with poor customer service... I emailed Network Solutions over a year ago. No reply.

If you need anything from them, you MUST use the telephone.

Find out who your account rep is, and call his/her extension directly.

Contrary to everything we've been reading about ibill they've been rock solid for us. Our rep always replies within 2 business hours and always takes care of our problems. On the backend of things, sales are way up this month and Ibill is processing like it is going out of style

Our only worry is their cross selling option. That's trouble!

I will be in Pompano end of Feb. I really enjoy going to the Cove in Deerfield Beach. And Ibill is in Deerfield Beach.

Will pay them a visit ang get them to pay me. Then, fuck them....
