Is there anybody home over there? Do they answer emails? Anybody knows?

I hate companies with poor customer service... I emailed Network Solutions over a year ago. No reply.

They are under the impression that they are still a monopoly. Some day they'll wake up...

Emailing Ibill is an exercise in futility.

If you need anything from them, you MUST use the telephone.

Find out who your account rep is, and call his/her extension directly.

Hehe, your program name makes me think you bounce checks. I am sure you don't, just the first thing that comes to mind. Hehe.

Funny you should mention that. I acutally considered adding the slogan "The Rubber Bounces But The Checks Don't". :)

Contrary to everything we've been reading about ibill they've been rock solid for us. Our rep always replies within 2 business hours and always takes care of our problems. On the backend of things, sales are way up this month and Ibill is processing like it is going out of style :thumbsup Our only worry is their cross selling option. That's trouble!

I will be in Pompano end of Feb. I really enjoy going to the Cove in Deerfield Beach. And Ibill is in Deerfield Beach.
