Transferring complete epoch and zombaio account to new company?!
Does someone know how to do this?
2 sites pending sales, we are using epoch and zombaio on them for payment processing. The new company wants, off course, the complete existing membershipbase and the merchant account. Is there a simple and fast way to transfer our companies existing merchant account to a new company? If so, how to do this? Who to contact? Thanks for any tips and info! |

does the new owners want to transfer the member base to their epoch/zombaio accounts, or do they want the file for their own merchant account?
if the latter, then I'm not sure you will get the rebills to transfer |

For Zombaio there is a form in the ZOA under HELP, DOCUMENTATION, Change of ownership. Very simple.
Epoch will I am sure have the same, I know ccbill do.
