Transferring complete epoch and zombaio account to new company?!

Does someone know how to do this?

2 sites pending sales, we are using epoch and zombaio on them for payment processing.
The new company wants, off course, the complete existing membershipbase and the merchant account.

Is there a simple and fast way to transfer our companies existing merchant account to a new company? If so, how to do this? Who to contact?

Thanks for any tips and info!

does the new owners want to transfer the member base to their epoch/zombaio accounts, or do they want the file for their own merchant account?

if the latter, then I'm not sure you will get the rebills to transfer

For Zombaio there is a form in the ZOA under HELP, DOCUMENTATION, Change of ownership. Very simple.

Epoch will I am sure have the same, I know ccbill do.

Easiest for all of us would be for them to take over the complete account so they dont have to change links etc.

Ok zombaio seems to be covered, its indeed under help>change ownership.
Checking out epoch now.

So the company wasn't sold, just the accounts?
