2 tsp each ground cumin, garlic powder, sugar
1 tsp salt (plus a little on the ground beef as you cook it)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp powdered oregano

Makes approx 4 TBLSP

Use 2 TBLSP (or 1/2 mix) per 3 LBs Ground Beef for mild seas.
