Payoneer vs. Paxum!

Lets hear your thoughts on which is better and why? What does the industry seem to be using the most? We have been innocent and not added this payment method feature YET

If I can just give my 2 cents, while our fees are not higher at all (I can show multiple calculations), I"d like to point out that fees aren't the most important factor in deciding on a payment method.

Payoneer has been in the mainstream payment field for over 6 years, and with over 1400 partners, including Fortune 100 companies (such as Getty Images), we are very VERY highly regulated and adhere to the strictest of rules set by the US government (where we are based) and follow such regulations as KYC (Know Your Customer), BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control).

We offer a full payment solution, from prepaid debit MasterCards (both plastic and virtual), ACH, international bank transfers, peer to peer transfers, and more.

We are back by very strong venture capital firms Greylock Partners, Carmel Ventures, and Crossbar Capital and by quite a few banks so ensure that everything works properly and legally, and are constantly updating our security to ensure the safety of everyone's funds.

I'd be more than happy to give you more information if you're interested.

Hi Robert,

I'd be happy to chat with you personally about the benefits of a Paxum account if you have some time available.

We have many happy customers who use our service everyday. A large majority of adult sponsors, traffic providers, hosts and other businesses use Paxum regularly to send and receive payments. Our delivery is instant, funds are immediately available for our clients, and our fees are low-cost.

Along with adult sponsors, we have thousands of adult webmasters actively using our service receiving payments from sponsors on a regular basis. In fact, just the other day an adult sponsor was mentioning here on GFY that 70% of his affiliate webmasters are now being paid out with Paxum. We are a popular choice, and have remained so for a reason.

As I said, I'd be more than happy to chat with you about how Paxum can streamline your affiliate payouts saving you both time and money, while still enabling your affiliates to receive their funds in a variety of ways (wire, check, ACH, to an existing credit/debit card, or to the Paxum Mastercard).

I believe you will be very satisfied with the results.

Regards,

Ruth Blair

Personally I like Paxum a LOT. When I first started using it was very soon after the epass abortion and I was a wreck, nervous and very impatient. Ruth nannied me quite well and ever since then I have had nothing but positive experiences and things to say about both the company and Ruth. I recommend them to affiliates when asked. As for Payoneer, I have not had the chance to become familiar with them so I can neither say anything positive or negative towards them.

And we have over 1400 partners, over 1 million cardholders, and over $500,000,000 money proceed per year so the numbers speak for themselves here :-)

i think Paxum is a good solution for receiving small amounts of money, so it is perfect to get started as an affiliate or seller.

But when you grow and start to receive big number, Payoneer is definitely the most solid solution. As PayoneerTeam said, they have some pretty large mainstream clients, US based (not curacao like epass) and highly regulated. This seems much more solid to me... But again i have nothing against Paxum, i simply don't use them.

Payoneer may have more traffic and has been around for longer, but the OP asked what does "the industry" use most, and among adult affiliate programs Paxum is definately used by more. About which is "better" ? That's whole another subject and depends on case, but it's not just about "size".

Here's another nice stat:

We target both mainstream and adult.

Either way, I know that each person has their own preference, and signing up for Payoneer (and probably Paxum, too?) is free for the partner, so unless you can really afford to only use one, you can sign up for both.

Just as a clarification, we don't shut down accounts that are inactive, we put them on an inactibe status, but it reopens when you receive a payment.

as far as fees payoneer doesn't charge pos fees but paxum it's a buck a pop, so to say there is more fees with payoneer is disingenuous. they can add up.

To be honest they are both pretty good is more of a personal choice. I use them both and have no complains.

Just out of curiosity, why would you log in to an account that you have no activity in? The moment you have funds in there, it is reopened. It is actually a protection mechanism.

why would you disable it?
how exactly does disabling it protect anyone against anything?

Honestly, I don't remember what the reason was, but I have zero desire to make up a reason. I haven't heard anyone ever complain about this, but I will let our management known that there were complaints about this, and I will get back to you when I have an answer about inactive accounts.
