Yeah, corporate was very understanding about my... condition*... and said they would be able to test from one of the condoms I saved.

Fixed this too - Paxum is on the sign up form as an option so that was never at issue... but regarding the lack of program link from our tour - some of our tours were developed when we were "invite only" back in the day, so while it is embarrassing that you would have to point that out - I thank you for doing it so we could rectify the matter properly.
