We have been around for years, only NALEM as a site was launched in February.
Contrary to Richard aka Rochard's comment, ICM Registry is not tossing tons of cash at us. I actually charged them the same fees as I would any other client. ICM is the 3rd advertiser we had from the 4 adult webmaster shows we covered so far this year.

Rochard is part of the bro-club or at least used to be. Personally I stand on the belief, once a member, always a member. Years back, well before NALEM was launched he stepped in to help Julius out. They were trying to run us and the person who paid us to cover the shows out-of-town. It started with slander and ended in threats. The "bros" did something they shouldnt of, and only stopped when they realized who in fact they were assaulting (non physical).

Fast forward several years, and I meet Richard in person for the first time at YnotSummit. I made sure to introduce myself. If it were not for the "pre-existing issue he chooses to have with me, I would say he is a like-able guy. We spoke with each other for a few minutes, he appeared friendly and professional.

If any man regrets his behaviour and actions that played out years ago, and makes an effort to not repeat the same mistake twice, I will respect him for it. We all make mistakes. I have made plenty myself and will continue to.

Richard I put you on the spot here publically. Considering we met in person recently, and you had the opportunity to express your dislike for my advertiser, and I was accepting of your position, I am disappointed by your continued attacks on behalf of Julius even though they are more subtle now than before.

PS. Richard consider giving the other "bro" a call in AZ. His name shall not appear here, as he hasnt tried to fuel the fire. I have been wanting to make a personal comment to to NALEM, kind of an insight. But first a cool story

I like watching NASCAR, I love the sport and will be in front of my TV for a few hours tonight watching the race. There is a driver there that I have liked for several years named Mark Martin. He is not my favorite driver but one I have always liked watching. Last year or the year before he picked up a new sponsor... godaddy.

I really dislike godaddy and have for a very long time, I have seen their treatment of adult websites and I personally consider them to be a terrible company. It is personal. So now, every time I see Mark's car all painted up green and black it pisses me off a little. Not a lot, that would be stupid since godaddy has zero effect on my life and racing is a spectator sport that I can choose to watch or not.

Just seeing that paint scheme on the car of a guy I respect irritates me and I resent his owner.... not that any of them really give two squirts of piss about godaddy and their business practices.

When I watched that video and the YNot Summit and I saw the guy sitting there with a blue shirt with the .XXX logo emblazoned on the back bigger than shit; the first thing I thought was 'damn, that is going to seriously piss people off'

guess what, I was right. If you wear that shirt then you are going to take a truckload of shit from people who take .XXX very personally and there is not a damned thing you can do about it. The one thing you can be certain of is that people in this biz have a very long memory.
