      had my account for like, i dunno, 13 years or something, basically since they were founded. never one chargeback except for someone who ripped me off years ago and they permanently limited my account a few months back for using it for "adult related". fuck them.

                      They also bill for child pornography and bestiality. A lot of the cp we found on LeaseWeb servers can be paid for by PayPal. So apparently if you want to use PayPal for getting billed for your adult content, there are 2 requirements:

                      1) Content needs to be stolen
                      2) Models have to younger than 18 if human, or they have to be a dog or a horse

                          I am pretty sure paypal does not know what most people charge for. Its not that they enter "cp" in payment subject text.

It's up to them to investigate what's being reported to them; they know they are billing for oron.com and it's not a big secret want kind of content oron.com is selling. EukerVoorn, just because illegal content appears on a server doesn't automatically mean that the biller SUPPORTS that content. If illegal shit appeared on yours thanks to an idiot end user who didn't know better, what would you say to CCBill if they cut you off?

                                          If its your POLICY to do the right then, then the biller (Paypal, ccbill, whoever) trusts you to follow your policy UNTIL they receive complaints of illegal content and refuse to remove.

                                          When illegal content is found the thing to do is to DMCA the host. If they don't respond quickly enough for you, you DMCA their upstream provider. We have done this many times and succeeded every single time.

                                              Mark, everybody knows what the purpose of file lockers is, even PayPal knows that. You tell me how much content on filesonic.com you think really is "user generated" or legal. I bet it's less than 1%.

                                              If we would be talking about something like youtube and some idiot uploads child pornography on there, then it's a totally different thing, then Youtube and their biller would not be responsible. But when billers chose to work with filelockers which are setup for the purpose of exchanging stuff that can't be exchanged elsewhere, and for exchanging stolen content, then they are responsible, simple.

                                              Also I'm not saying that PayPal supports child pornography, that's your words, don't put your words in my mouth please.

                                                      LeaseWeb DOES support child pornography though because I have reported it in the past just for them to deny it is child pornography when it clearly is. I guess pictures of little girls in thongs with cum on them isn't pornographic for them. I showed them the exact page and they said they wouldn't take it down.

                                                      Therefore LeaseWeb DOES support child pornography as well as distribute child pornography and allow it to be hosted on their servers openly and knowingly.

                                                          I'm just hoping that the thought that CNN might cover it will put a fire under PayPal's butt.

                                                          It's totally b.s. that they DO go out of their way to delete your account if you use it for ANYTHING to do with legitimate adult sites...but they seem to not even want to investigate it for billing on sites with stolen content.

                                                          So we all know that "yes" they can and DO investigate stuff and delete accounts. Because they did it and DO it to many of us over the years. But I'm not sure they have ever stopped billing for pirate sites.

But on filelockers there are no graphics, just text links. As soon as you show screengrabs and links grouped together, people wake up and take action. It's what happened this week with my site aboutleaseweb.org , the files were removed by the police almost instantly. People have become numb, if not apathic.

                                                                                                                      I think Paypal unfortunately has bigger fish to fry...kinda like all the simple drug possessions that don't get prosecuted in court because the courts have bigger things to go after...pirated porn sites are on the bottom of Paypal's list of things to do, just the way things work.

                                                                                                                      I do think it's good that you're making it known though because that's the only way to get things changed, by making it known. I don't like seeing ratios drop even further and while I don't believe all of that comes from piracy, some of it does.

If this fails another thing to try might be to bring this up on investment forums. Paypal/Ebay may not like being linked to beastiality and illegal porn very much and some investors (particularly religious ones) might be quite turned off by it.
