Python.....

....... has always been a gr8 sponsor for me:
they always paid on time (nearly always hehe)
they send nice christmas cards, ..... so it is a good and solid company i appreciate doing business with

but one thing SUCKS heavy:

SUPPORT


i emailed them 5 times now - NO RESPONSE
so i thought: fuck - why dont i call them when they dont seem to have anyone answering their emails
so i called them - surprise (it works ) but the girl on the other side of the line was so fucking unfriendly and not trying to help me that i just hung up.

so.... WHAT TO DO TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM???
ive seen a guy from python posting here - so does anyone have any ICQ# or anything like that how i could get in direct contact with them
or an emailadress that actually exists - where you actually get an answer

would appreciated it

OK....Trax issue has been resolved and we are couriering a check to him.

there were 2 issues that needed to be addressed here.

1. The wrong account info was in Trax's account. That is being rectified.

2. we do NOT have shitty customer support if you are adressing the right person.

I have said on this board time and time again that if ANYONE has ANY problems with Python/Dollar Machine/Naughty Cash/PornSpotter/ Python Media/ Etc... to call me at 416-534-5000 #305, e-mail me at [email protected] or ICQ me at 92533759

If I am not available [email protected] at ext. # 225 will take care of it.

We do a lot of travelling for buiness but one of us is usually in the office and will handle any issues someone has.

you may all return to your regularly scheduled pissing etc...
