    This thread got moved to announcements about 12 hours ago, so hardly anyone will see it...

    "Thanks to a sponsorship by ICM Registry, lead photographer Buster Brown will provide photo coverage of the newly renamed event. Brown has captured industry memories on his camera for AVN and RadioDentata.

                                                              They do. I've noticed it a few times. It's kind of annoying. I recognize what they are doing, but personally I feel it hurts the value of the site from a "surfers" perspective. I very rarely go to the other forums, so when they move "news" to those forums, I doubt many actually see the news.

                                                                                                                  If you shoot photos at a public event (and a trade show or party would be a public event), then you don't need a release if you publish the photos. But, I was profiled by a men's magazine last year--the photographer/writer came to a shoot, interviewed me and the talent, etc.--and we all signed releases for the magazine. I suppose that if you intend to publish in an adult publication or on an adult website, it might be prudent to get a release.

                                                                                                                      I don't know about the YNOT show, but some shows have notices posted; whereby attending the event, you grant permission for your likeness to be used for commercial purposes, without any compensation to you.
