Sony HDR-HC1 vs. New 200-400$ cameras
Someone is selling a used Sony HDR-HC1 camcorder on Craigslist for 300$
What's better? This, or a new cheap 200-400$ HD camcorder? Don't respond with other options that cost more money ![]() |

I have the HDR-HC5 that just sits here doing nothing. I'd be willing to sell it. As I'm getting the new FS100.
Check it out and make me an offer. http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...tNumber=HDRHC5 |

i used the HDR-HC1 for several years but eventually upgraded to the Canon Vixia HF S200 and i love it! the sony was a nice cam but the vixia blows it away. the vixia is a top rated camera and i think you can get it for $600 now. add the wide angle lens and external mic and you'll have a nice set-up!
