Without maid service life is really kind of hard if you want things looking half way decent all the time. With it would be much better. When ya get around 50 you dont want to be dusting all the time. I even sold a few tables and all my knick knack stuff so there is less to dust. When you live alone nothing makes less sense than dusting the same table over and over. |

hate dust and I have a damn black car :1orglaugh |
Vjo!! Hey-OOOOOO!
Vjo, you are THE man - living alone in Minisoda, all cold and blustery, making your millions, too good for the midwest riff-raff who just wants to marry you and bleed you dry. "Take of me Vjo!!!" "No way honey, I'm a single MAN." LOVE IT!!!!!! (Vjo is a very, very good man people, this is why I bust his chops.) I'm not far behind you (or BM Bradley for that matter). Early forties so I'm right behind you. LOL Wait, that sounded gay....ANYway: I live alone, too, married to my little 'World" but have a plan: get rich, hide the money, marry a nice girl. LOL We'll see.... Maid service: now this is an excellent idea! I tried a spanish maid a few months ago (found her on Craig's List, it was an agency) but when she came by she talked on the phone the entire time and only cleaned what was visible (no moving of chairs, tables etc to vacuum). So I was turned off by the whole "affair". Maybe I should've hired one of those sexy Spanish maids you see on porn sites; clean my house then clean my cock. LOL But now, after months of rising dust, I think it's time to find someone to clean my shit. LOL We guys can be such slobs, even the tidiest amongst us. Hope all is well Vjo! Fuck man, I'd move out to near you and follow your 200k/120k/60k plan if I didn't have to stay in the NYC/NJ area to take care of my mom and sister. Oh - and 200k in NYC IS "good" but not great. You can be comfortable in that you can take taxis, order in, eat out when you want, but everything is SO damn expensive that it's really like making 80k somewhere else. Still good, no complaints, but to make 200K and live in, say, Georgia, you'd be a KING. :) Hey-OOOOOO! |
My old dog, part St Bernard, easily accounts for 70% of the housekeeping. In just a few days there are tumble-weed bunches of fur, dog hair/dust on surfaces, goobers on the windows .... But she's 15 and I would gladly have her trash my house forever but that's not going to happen .......

Kind of like having the benefits of a wife without the comittment and who knows maybe the maid is single. :) Plus as L-Pink said it def helps with the ladies to say, "oh I have the maid take care of it" :) |

another great thing for the house is plants... and I have a guy that takes care of them as well. really makes the living space nice. might consider that as well. recently I started letting scented candles burn all night as night lights. since the floors are slate I never worry about it or I place the candles in the fireplace where there is carpet. that really makes things nice around here. |
LOL - I believe this thread is done. My maid comes once a week and does a bang up job!

MP my MAN!!! I have everyone reading my stuff today. hehe I seem to click with the ten years after (me) crowd. The young crowd I strike out with. lol Oh well. :) damn generation gap. But maid service.. I would have to go through and remove everything embarassing first but then it would work. :) lol I got to get that maid thing going. Yes we call it the "200k/120k/60k" plan. I am telling you, you would love it. Constant change of seasons. From -10 all Feb to muggy and hot all July and Aug. Altho low humidty and great so far. Knock on wood. (table I dusted) :) But the living is CHEAP here. But yeah NYC is spendy. A shame tho that you are spending so much. 200K is same as 80K. Amazing, I used to think Missouri was perfect. Not too hot, well actually real hot but milder winters but then they get hit with twisters all the time. I am dedicating these upcoming vids to the guys 10 years after me. Guys around 40 or a lil over. You are a cool gen. I still can relate to you guys. When I delivered pizzas in late 80s early 90s and everyone was 10 years younger than me, they were a really cool bunch. After work we would go over and burn some herb and listen to guess what? Metallica. Faith No More. Nirvana. Now as a 70's child I could actaully get into that hard metal a bit. But then the music got real fucken nuts for the guys ten years after you guys. Anyhoo dedicated to a cool group now in ther early 40s including MP.. :stoned :) pretty good shit maynard i bet the young guys today at the pizza place wont even burn one with me :stoned |
ok back to our regularly scheduled programming...
this happens whenever I get around these guys in their early 40s im telling ya :) :stoned |
bmbradley you clearly don't know a damn thing about me....I don't like AIM but that doesn't mean I like AHF any better, I like them less...AIM was a blight on this industry in my opinion, poor testing methodology, no security, misrepresentation, just because AIM was OUR baby doesn't mean it wasn't an ugly baby. I call it the way I see it I want this industry to do better and I refuse to accept that AIM was the best we could do. If you don't like that...tough, I could care less but I refuse to accept ineptitude and bullshit when it comes to the health of the industry or the health of performers.

Mike it is very easy to find issues and difficult to find solutions in the best of times. AIM was constantly attack yet AIM did a good job... I'm not sure what you know or don't know however I'm here everyday with these performers day in and day out. AIM let no one down that I can see, and AIM was able to contain both HIV outbreaks, the one 2004 and the recent exposure... the performers heath was guarded as closely has possible with out going to full hazmat suits. the industry has a MUCH lower and better safety record than LA county does on a %, we both know that. hell everyone know that. if you had an issue with Mitchell, so what? I work with people all the time I would prefer not too. that's what being a grown up is about. try running a lareg organzation with 20+ people and see what kind of stuff goes on. AIm did a good job for a long time with what they had to work with :winkwink: |

Anyway, you're right in everything you said (I learned it the hard way, but at least I bought 2 houses before everything went to to the crapper), it's stupid to spend everything you earn in such a volatile business, I have variations of up to 500% on a month per month basis and nowhere close to what I made 8-10 years ago, when I was in a position where I could buy a nice home every single year without even having to make an effort. Nowadays, if I had to rent the house that I live in (plus my office, which I rent) while keeping the same lifestyle, I don't know if I'd be able to pay for it every single month. Pretty sure I would be always delayed, with some months not paying and some months paying 2 months together. And we don't have a very rich lifestyle, just living pretty comfy, but nothing extreme. And even when I live in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and in a pretty big place, the bottom line is that no more than 5 years ago I would never have an issue to pay for this. (sorry to all my fans that believe I've a Ferrari and several mansions :( ) Another thing is that when you have kids, financial plans are very difficult to follow, there's always something new, and to make it worse, if my daughters ask for something i just gave them as much as I can, I need to work that behavior :1orglaugh |
bmbradley
AIM didnt get hacked....there was NO security to hack them. Anyone with access could dump the entire database and someone did and gave./sold it to Donny long....that was the last of many nails in AIMs coffin....AHF didn't get AIM shut down, AIM got AIM shut down. It's that simple. You may not like hearing the truth but it is no less the truth....so I'm not going to respond here any further because this thread is already derailed, you wanna open a new thread go for it. |

$100 a day? are you crazy? ever heard of buying groceries and cooking yourself? man, food is not exactly super cheap here and i can live from $100 easily for 2 weeks |
Mike I worked for ICM for 3 weeks.... not even enough time to make a sale. Most of my time employed by them was spent posting on GFY. I made a mistake, SORRY........
I really dont feel they are the evil you make them out to be, time will tell. Dont hate me, there are PLENTY of hypocrites you can direct your anger at, plenty of people who hide behind "I hate .XXX." but quietly have NDA's signed. At least I am honest about what I did, I worked as a consultant for 3 weeks. Does that destrot 14 years of experience in this industry - I think not fine sire. ;-) (BF) |

9 out of 10 already do regret it. But if by some chance they make it big again, they will just increase their life style to ensure that they continue to blow every penny they make. They will never learn and either be poor or n1gga rich every now and then. |

Oh an your analogy "it was just 3 weeks, does that ruin 14 year reputation". If your wife fucked around with another man for 3 weeks, would it ruin a 14 year marriage??? And, personally, I hold money related issues at a hire regard than marriage. |
Chris...I went though alot the past three years as well... It just wasn't played on a message board like yours was.
I like you.... your *special* in a good way.. I like your style... Im not as articulate about my past biz on boards like you are... |
