Usually thats a sale that either refunded right away or was a rev sale that after fees came to 0 until the rebill. At least thats how it works in some of the Nats programs. Not sure about them.

Nope. The last response I got from Tripple10Vault was back in August. Luca promised me then that he would make sure I would get paid. But I am still waiting for the money
