Of course they have to pay you, so they can own you. While 15K is not a lot of money, if someone was doing it for free they would be more likely to make decisions based on merit verses whether or not it would go against what ICM wants and if they would lose their position. Also, people would be less likely to bad mouth them if they were being paid by them.

What a crock of shit, because if it does not become mandatory then they accomplished nothing, oh wait... they want it to be mandatory but they don't want to let you know.

In return for their devotion to and effort on behalf of IFFOR, each policy council member will receive a stipend of U.S. $15,000 annually.

                          2. Religious ardor or zeal; piety.
3.a. An act of religious observance or prayer, especially when private. Often used in the plural.
                          b. devotions Prayers or religious texts: a book of devotions.
                          4. The act of devoting or the state of being devoted.

Guess the mandate secret is out in the open now.

Interesting to see how IOFFER plans on influencing Congress on legitimizing distribution of pornography to one company. Didnt we hear a little over a month ago, a group of Senators saying they want to finally start prosecuting more porn obscenity?

If you need $15K, I suggest you consider joining the military and taking their bonus. Joining the military makes you a hero instead of a zero; and, you get to keep your dignity.
