Their tech support phone number directs your to their website. 800-841-7686. Maybe someone can find an option that takes you to a real person?
As far as I can tell there is no response on their twitter page or facebook page. So they don't even know they are down.

Even when you do get Moniker / SnapNames / DomainSponsor support on the phone, there's the problem of being routed to some 3rd word country where they barely speak English or they don't know shit about domains.
Moniker sucks. It's no wonder people are fleeing from Moniker.
