study your competition.... well. Take some time to look around and see what's working and what's not, and also what you got a groove for... there's lots of ways to make money, so you may as well choose one that at least you enjoy at the same time. After you've studied your competition, write down an actual plan of attack, and then start working on setting it in motion... and don't ever give up.

First start with free sites and avs sites and learn how to get TRAFFIC and market your sponsors. Then if you want to launch a pay site you'll at least have traffic to send to it and know how to market it.

Otherwise if you just open up a paysite from the start you'll have absolutely no traffic comming and therefore no sales to pay the bills, no one will promote you cause u're too new and you'll just go broke.

Learn the basics first and then go from there.

True, good point. But at the same time if you have no idea what your doing you're just going to burn through your capital most likely. I guess I'd say then first do the free site thing just to get a feel for how things work for a month or two, and then go hog wild and buy up traffic for your paysites.

Do 100 feeders - regular AVS site to go to the above site.
Add to links, top sites, usenet.
And pic a small niche, not a regular site, the big boys own
that market.
