Anyone tried this yet?

Its a bit like the PRX90 thing, but instead of doing proper exercises, you apparently do some 'semi gay' dance moves to 'Usher' instead...

Any good?

i have used it, as with anything...if you actually use it you will get results

hip hob abs was a big core exerciser for me, and i could see how you would get big results after a few months hard work

i haven't tried it. i think i've only seen the infomercial a couple times. i don't see why it wouldn't work unless, like kristin pointed out, you gotta be able to dance to some level.

i seem to see the insanity commercials the most. it's got me wanting to try it......gotta get that t-shirt and sell it on ebay!

there is a personal trainer here with his workout spot beside our office

he recommended hip hop abs over p90x etc
but as i said, you could jump rope and get in awesome shape if you did it everyday for 6 months.....

Here's the truth about all of those "get in shape" DVD routines...

They all work and will burn calories, if you actually do them. As already said above, you'll also get in shape by jumping rope and running for the same amount of time.

Everyone has a six pack. It' just buried under fat right now. Whether you hip-hop dance or jog to burn the fat -- your body doesn't care.
