				 | always wanted to try it, but if you filter out all the pulp and stuff from fruit it loses a lot of the benefits you get from it unfortunately.. i do smoothies instead mostly.

				 | http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produ...ice-extractor/ I spent a long time trying to decide which one to get, and then I saw Just Dave talk about getting this model. It is a little pricey but well worth it. Since I got mine I have watched friends of mine buy and break cheaper ones. |

				 | Did it consistently for three months. I honestly thought I'd feel better and just walk around with a big, natural glow. Unfortunately, it didn't help with that... and I didn't lose any significant weight (though I was exercising six days a week). |

body doesn't react well to fruit juices, especially when you drink it in large amounts, not to mention there is a lot of calories in it. ps. i still love juice, don't get me wrong, but its not going to help weight loss that is for sure.

				 | I had an Omega Juicer, the 8000 series. I would make all kinds of juices and they were great. The only thing that REALLY sucks about every juicer I've ever worked with is that it's a SERIOUS pain in the ass to clean. All the pulp and shit gets caught up on the blades and inside the juicer. You have to take the thing apart to get it fully cleaned. If you plan on making fresh juice every day, you're going to get sick of cleaning it after a week. We decided to just make a shit load of juice at a time and freeze them in portions. That way there's only one clean up and we'll have juice for 2-3 weeks.
