im not sure what your dr is charging you but there is a doctor in Utah that does this for roughly 3K and his work is amazing. i have never personally visted him (no need to on this end) but a friend of mine went to him at the beginning of the year and i was really impressed with the job that was done (and i hate the look of inplants). if your dr is charging more then that, let me know and i will get the phone number from my gf. i believe its 3k, you pay for your flight and you get to stay at his home to recover after the surgery. i know how that sounds but he has a 15 room home (mansion i guess you would call it) and you would not be the only one staying to recover. he has something like 4-10 women there at one time. i wouldnt suggest it if i didnt know someone personally that did this.

A C&D is the polite calling card, but it's by no means required. If you have someone's content up and are violating their copyright, they can go straight to the lawsuit phase without passing go, collecting 200 or even letting you know it's coming.
