Salines are the way to go, or they even have some new techniques for migrating fat from elsewhere on the body to the boobal area.

I've seen some nice boobals done this way.

Obviously I can't speak for you but I know for a fact that plenty of girls do. I have seen it before, not so nice girl, quiet and shy, then all of a sudden, big boobs and bam, she's prancing around like some fine ass bitch, wearing the tightest top she can, flirting with every guy in the place.

For me I'm getting them done because I do have low self esteem and I have breastfed three kids (three yrs.). So my boobs are not what they used to be.
I'm not out to impress anyone but myself.
