i wonder if the usa goverment could say if they paid a big reward as that person will not be safe.

One thing is for sure... They would want complete secrecy enforced about it. We the public would never hear about it. We wouldn't even hear that ANYONE was paid off, let alone a name.

$25 million buys you a lot of safety ... just move to a carribean island far away from Taliban / al Qaeda and I am pretty sure you can live a decent life without too many worries
