A friend let me try his electronic cigarette and I almost coughed up a lung after
only one puff.

I had an immediate bad reaction. I was still slightly coughing even 5 minutes later.

I smoke a pack of menthol cigs everyday and inhale my cigars and never cough.

Good luck to anyone who takes up electronic cigs.

I smoked newports for like 18 years havent had one in like 2 months now I just use my E cig now here n there

I smoke an e-cig too and it's definitely way less harsh than a cigarette.

Either you're allergic to the VG liquid or else his atomizer was fucked and was really harsh/metallic tasting.

I won't be going that route though.

I wish I would just quit altogether!!
I actually try to quit all the time.

Cigarettes are only cool if you are Juicy. If you aren't Juicy then you should probably not start trying them out now even if they are E.

I started using e-cigs about 3 months ago.They worked wonders for me, never smoked a regular cigarrette again.

I'm on day five of cold turkey. I used Allen Carr's DVD to start me on the right way of thinking.

I use greenpuffer...

Ecigs are not a quit smoking aid. You have to put some will to replace regular cigs with ecigs, buy if you are a little motivated, it will work.

I smoked the e-cigarettes for about a month and it helped me quit smoking completly.

I havent had one cigarette since July of last year.

It was the first time I've successfully quit smoking in 20 years. So, I think the e-cigarettes are fucking awesome.
