well, ya know... there was a time here when the threat of being banned was a serious thing. Because it meant, "Hey... you're fucking banned." Banned doesn't = standing in the corner for a few days. Banned means the owner of the board is sick of your antics and wants you gone. De-ban someone that's been banned as many times as pimpdog and that's saying something I think.... it's saying, "Wow... we can get away with anything here if we cry long enough."

This certainly isn't the first time it's happened. Maybe precedent should have been set then?

No I am not overlooking the fact that pimpdog was never un-banned and in fact has been banned multiple times since. I think Lensman asked for some input in this thread and my input is, if the only reason PD was banned this time, is for spamming, then he should be consistent and ban all of the major spammers. I do not have a problem with Lensman keeping PD banned if that is what he chooses to do. PD has blown it every time his postings have been ignored by the Moderators.
