haha good for them fucking pokerstars stole 6000 euros of me by making me loose everytime on the fucking river.
With their fucking poker bots i hope the owners get arrested and have to work for 25 cents a day in jail.
Make them feel how it is like to be ripped off.

Come on, it's based on where the person is located at, not where the server is... go download some cp, and then try using the "but the server was in Kazakhstan" defense and see how that works out...

what they're going after these guys for is the money laundering and deceiving US banks that the transactions were for phony businesses selling pet food and golf balls etc.

There's too much money left on the table for others to ignore. A new set of industry leaders will step up to the plate. Online gambling isn't going to go anywhere soon. More clever ways will just be thought up to get around US laws. Of course, this will cut down on the popularity of the new sites since gamblers would have to go through more hurdles to pay in / get paid out.
