searched something recently and there was tons and tons of spam flooding the timeline which is too bad as in the early days it was a useful thing for up to date info

It should be interesting to see how this evolves. I remember how yahoo chat was golden for finding people. Then people got smart and added bots and then everytime I sign into yahoo mail I get pinged by dozens of bots "would you add me to your contact list, please?"

I still think it'll prevail though.
