They didn't offer revshare at the time so it wasnt like other programs where they could switch you to revshare (like all the others do that offer PPS). That's not a scam to pay someone and end a relationship.

Not only are you 100% wrong and wont let this go you seem hell bent on pushing your luck and not listening to Eric.
