I fully retract everything I said on GFY. I apologize totally and completely for what I wrote on GFY. This is a heartfelt apology and I never honestly intended to defame or discredit you or your business. I completely withdraw my comment and state publicly here and now that I was wrong, you were right and I hurt your reputation. It was in the heat of the moment and I pray you can forgive me. My high blood pressure effects my emotional response. I'm truly sorry.

I reside in Canada and the comment was posted from my residence. Please refer to the Canadian Defamation Act. 16(1) and 17(1)e(i) (removal of malice and gross negligence, to limit damages)

defunct = last time was updated was a year ago. Alexa rank of 2,544,222 (from webmasters is = to about 10,000,000 rank from surfers) therefore it probably gets 20-30 hits a day. You forgot to renew the domain a couple months back for several days. You don't even link to the site from your banner here.
