Because when you are an affiliate rep you have to work for someone. I don't know him, but I think the answer to that question is pretty obvious... Either the current company you working for pisses you off, wants to pay you less, or fires you and/or you find another company that pays more so you jump ship. Then you boast about how its the greatest marriage in history. Then 6 months, at most a couple years later you do it again. It's so hard to keep up with the ones that change every 6 months, but yet it seems the ones that switch teams the most are always paraded as the best. I never understood that, if you were the best why would a company let you go (or fire you). This is all generally speaking, I know nothing of Jstyles situation.

I can't answer about payments owed since I have no knowledge of the situation - so, I'll let Clem address it if he chooses to. If he wants to give me the information to pass along or deal with it myself, then I'll gladly address it for him.
For your own edification, I've worked with MaxCash for more than 3 years now and owned (still own) my own businesses for 8 years prior. So that's 3 years working with friends that I genuinely enjoy doing business with (who I'm STILL doing business with) and 11 years running multiple companies of my own.
I've helped make my affiliates, various company owners and content producers 10's of millions of dollars over the years. I'd hazard a guess it's more likely in the 150+ million $ range - and there was always a very healthy $lice in there for me. I'm not tooting my horn, just stating the facts as I know them.
What really gets my juices flowing though, is the opportunity to build something ... to bring a company like ZTOD to the front of the pack. It has everything an affiliate company needs to compete in today's marketplace. Most importantly, more high quality exclusive and award winning HD content than anyone else, processing know how and a team with resources and the intimate knowledge of what it takes to make affiliates millions of dollars per year. The kicker for me is that we're also in the process of forming a new technology company that will be jointly owned by myself, Clement and the owner of Zero Tolerance. So, that makes me even more excited about the future of our new union
Bottom line, you or anyone else can call me an affiliate rep or sales rep all you want. I know what I excel at. I'm the best at what I do and have excellent relationships set in stone with most of the largest affiliates and business owners at the top of the adult online food chain ... and have since day one ... for 14 almost 15 years now. There's no shame in that whatsoever.
Since you knew nothing of my situation I hope that clarifies things a little

hes either too busy or not available, and apparently has been moving for the past 6 months and getting "settled in" but not too busy to come on the boards and announce a new employee, yet ignore the payment replies.

just email me for payment issues, DeluxePass has been closed and we paid all of the sales when we closed. I don't know anyone that complained about payments for videosz or ztod.

And we don't have any shave feature, why would we? if we wouldnt want webmasters to promote our sites and make money with us, we wouldnt have a webmaster program. The more the webmasters make, the more they push us and ultimately, that's my goal.
