Real estate in the hills of Thousand Oaks can be pretty pricey. Good that you got a deal.

From one SoCalian to another: be sure to keep down the height of those trees near your house. Fire season is just a few months away, and from the looks of the grade coming up to your place a fire would sweep up the hill in about two minutes flat.
