BTW, the hills in the mist are really pretty. You're a decent way into the Santa Monica Mountains, so I'd expect more cool vistas throughout the seasons... well, what passes for seasons here in SoCal.

From one SoCalian to another: be sure to keep down the height of those trees near your house. Fire season is just a few months away, and from the looks of the grade coming up to your place a fire would sweep up the hill in about two minutes flat.
