Question to all hosters and tube site owner
Tubes are full with user generated content. So how do you exactly know that there is no underage content??
I mean, there could be videos with 17 years olds or something like that. Pornhub for example has this in terms&conditions: Quote:
But they cant control this for 100%. So isnt it risky for them? A person who is 17 could easily look like 20 and you wouldnt be able to check this. |

The gray zone. You can't always be sure but a site like porn hub has money to fight these things.
If it has the STICKAM logo in the corner it probably is not a legal video. |
