Tubes are full with user generated content. So how do you exactly know that there is no underage content??

I mean, there could be videos with 17 years olds or something like that.

Pornhub for example has this in terms&conditions:

But they cant control this for 100%. So isnt it risky for them? A person who is 17 could easily look like 20 and you wouldnt be able to check this.

as long as you "agree" they are 18 when you upload they aren't liable.

The gray zone. You can't always be sure but a site like porn hub has money to fight these things.
If it has the STICKAM logo in the corner it probably is not a legal video.
