neither, I would walk over there and explain that their TV was loud and politely ask them to turn it down a little... their response would determine what I did from there. Whatever happened I would make sure I had a legal defense

WE are the noisy people where I live.... but that's why I live where I do, all but in the sticks in Kentucky. lol

My husband's band plays a couple of nights a week and no one bitches, they are mostly all older and don't mind the live entertainment..... but we do shut it down at 10:00 out of respect.
