srsly, yes i m thinking about the same., making my room sound proof
i also face problems sometimes as i m a light sleeper.

i cant recall but i seen online, windows and doors soundproof solutions.

WE are the noisy people where I live.... but that's why I live where I do, all but in the sticks in Kentucky. lol

My husband's band plays a couple of nights a week and no one bitches, they are mostly all older and don't mind the live entertainment..... but we do shut it down at 10:00 out of respect.
