Working on new template and interesting what best working for tube site?

Is that classic banners and iframe ads or maybe to hide ads in thumbs?

What give better results clean or "hidden" ads?

Also is better aggressive advertising like pop-ups and lot of banners or one relative ad on right place?

If you want your visitors to return don't mess the site with lots of popups, popunders and other things you don't like when browsing the web yourself. Try to keep it as clean as possible.

Adding some ads between the content blocks sounds good, if it doesn't look like ads but like content it will get more clicks.

Why are you using tubes as content content source when you can get enough content from your sponsors and additionally have the chance to make sales?

No offense, I just don't understand.

Everything depends on your strategy but i'd say that clean ads are always better. The user experience is important and if you put too many IMs, popups or popunders they won't come back to your site. Once you have stable SE traffic you can add a popunder with a small capping (1 impression / unique visitor / 24h) it won't be too agressive and will drive substantial additional revenues.
You should also prefer square ads rather than towers. Squares usually bring a better CTR which is very important.

right now script have 2 sponsors as source (brazzers and vidz) but Im working on it to make .txt filse importer for any other sponsors and it will be realise soon.

no im ads please, and no pop ups., only one pop under / ip for 24 hours.
ads beside player are gr8.,
also u can use video player ads, like preroll, postroll, inline ads.
