heres some perspective, when I had a pill program I had a tiny text link on a site that I would say was medium in terms of traffic and that webmaster was sending 30+ sales a day. 100+ sales a day is nothing. Whoever is the biggest is definitely doing 1000'sComment

I think you're meaning the biggest affiliate program, not the biggest affiliate, they are different thing.
The biggest affiliate program may be AdultFriendFinder or AWEmpire but nobody posts real total numbers in public.Comment

Affiliate doing 10,000 sales a DAY???? I don't think the biggest email spammer/ spyware installer could even touch those numbers today. 10K x $35 = 350K a day, 127,750,000 a year. Do you really think there are affiliates in adult right now making 127 million a year ?
